Welcome home. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, fitness room and parking deck. The access code will be sent over prior to arrival. You will receive 1 dedicated parking space for free in the parking lot attached to the building. All other cars, will need to park on the street or across the street in the restaurant parking lot. Downtown Birmingham is very accessible by car with plenty of other parking options. Uber, Lyft, taxis and public transportation are available. We're excited to host you. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Cable is not provided. The TV has a Roku so you can login to your favorite streaming services! Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

  I have been to this area numerous times for work, first time staying at this Airbnb - Overall, I don’t consider myself a snob, but the apartment stayed at 74 degrees for majority of my stay. I changed the thermostat and it took days (3 days), before it went down to 70. Also, lots to stains on furniture, scuffs on walls, and the living room ceiling fan didn’t work. I messaged about the AC and ceiling fan and got a response, but no follow through (I stayed for 4 nights). Also found a random shirt in the closet with hairs on it and there needs to be a tv in the bedroom (which I knew there wasn’t one before, but that was before the air and ceiling fan issues). I did get to walk around town a lot for work and hangouts, but the place itself wasn’t the best for the price and conditions.
