Welcome home. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, fitness room and parking deck. You will receive 1 dedicated parking space for free in the parking lot attached to the building. All other cars, will need to park on the street or across the street in the restaurant parking lot. Downtown Birmingham is very accessible by car with plenty of other parking options. Uber, Lyft, taxis and public transportation are available. We're excited to host you. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Cable is not provided. The TV has a Roku so you can login to your favorite streaming services! Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

  Josh’s space was in a great location, easy to find, right in the heart of downtown Birmingham. Check in instructions were easy. Only had a small hiccup; there weren’t any bath towels/wash clothes but it was handled the next day. Inconveniently though, I had to purchase bath towels etc.

  The apartment itself was great—clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. It’s very close to UAB, and there are several restaurants within walking distance, which made getting around easy and convenient. Unfortunately, we had a significant issue accessing the building during our stay. On our second day, the entry keypad screen on the exterior of the building stopped working, leaving us unable to enter when we returned later that day. We contacted the host, who was responsive and tried to help us troubleshoot the issue remotely, but the problem could not be resolved. Because the management company is not based in Birmingham, no one was available to come assist in person. As a result, we were locked out of the building for nearly three hours until another resident arrived and was able to let us in. Even then, the access issue remained unresolved, and we ultimately chose to move to a hotel so we could come and go without worrying about being locked out again.
