Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. POOL: The pool is seasonal and closed from October through May 1st. Guests staying during this period should plan for the pool to be closed and unavailable for use. Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

Josh's place was just what we needed. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We loved seeing the deer along the roadway and near the condo. Negatives: - AI responses made it difficult to get responses in regard to what was actually offered with the rental as well as assistance in general since there was no number to reach the rental agency either. - Very little to no cleaning supplies. - We were told that we had access to the pool on the water by the light house and the beach next to it but it was for another set of condos within the gated community, not the one we were renting. - The photos were edited or outdated as the patio was not as clean as in the photos and the rental had wear and tear over the years so the condo was not as nice as the photos perceived it. - Trash under the bed. Positives: - It was a nice place to stay close to many restaurants and shopping in downtown Dadeville, AL. - Wildlife was cool to see. - Gated community was nice for safety. - Close to a great restaurant within the community.
