You'll be greeted by the open foyer, which leads into a welcoming living room complete with a large smart TV. The dining area and fully stocked kitchen make it easy to whip up your favorite meals and gather around the table. Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a smart TV, ensuring that you'll have plenty of entertainment options during your stay. The spiral staircase leads to a private loft with a king bed, remote workspace, and a balcony to take in the beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. You'll also have access to a laundry room, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay. Outside, the pool provides the perfect spot to cool off on a hot day or lounge in the sun. While it does have central heating and air, we kindly ask for your understanding that indoor temperatures may be slightly uncomfortable at times due to the home’s historic construction. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY ★ Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. Please leash pets and clean up after them when outdoors to be mindful of other guests. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. ★ NO PARTIES / EVENTS ★ We kindly ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests. Please respect quiet hours after 9:00 PM. ★ EARLY CHECK-INS / LATE CHECK-OUTS ★ Subject to availability, early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated at $20 per hour (one-hour minimum). Please reach out as soon as possible for availability. ★ POOL ★ The pool is seasonal and may be closed at certain times of the year. It is fenced and located in the backyard. Pool access is only guaranteed May–September due to water temperatures. The pool is 4 feet deep throughout—no diving permitted. Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty. Children under 14 must be accompanied at all times. ***Please note the pool area may be shared with guests in other listings on the property. Thank you very much for your understanding. ★ INTERACTION ★ You may see us or our maintenance team on-site periodically for routine tasks such as mowing, pool cleaning, or maintenance needs. ★ AGE REQUIREMENTS ★ The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.
