The front bedroom is a haven of comfort, offering ample space, a smart TV, and two queen beds with brand-new memory foam mattresses for dreamy nights of rest. Across the hall, the back bedroom presents a king bed and another TV for ultimate relaxation. You may access any space inside the house other than the locked supply closet. This home has an electronic lock on the front door. Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Mobile. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

This Airbnb has many positive guest reviews. The bedrooms are spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and quite comfortable! I was very happy with the bedroom situation. To the contrary however, I do not believe the rest of the Airbnb matched the photos. The photos depict a much brighter and refined space than in actuality. In my opinion one of the two bathrooms was adequate while the other one was not. And the physical house itself as well as the yard needs some TLC. I stay at a lot of Airbnb’s and with so many options and various price points I believe that this Airbnb should be in a more budget friendly category because it needs upkeep and renovations and the neighborhood is lacking.

Josh’s communication with us was excellent. He made sure everything went smooth from check- in as well as during our stay to make sure all our needs were taken care of. Check in was very easy and the location was very convenient to the Mitchell Center. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We had great restaurants close by as well as grocery stores. Everything we could want was just a couple of minutes away at most. We tried Siam for Thai food one night, this was exceptional and maybe a one minute drive. Another night we tried Vandals which is Asian/mexican fusion this was also fantastic and maybe a 5 minute drive. This is a great place to stay with plenty of room and a great location!

This is my third time staying at one of Josh’s properties, and once again it did not disappoint. The location is perfect—close to a lot of great spots and only about 5 minutes from the University of South Alabama, which made everything super convenient. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Josh is an amazing host—very responsive, professional, and always makes sure everything runs smoothly. You can tell he really cares about his guests having a great experience. I’d definitely recommend staying here, and I’ll more than likely be back again.
