Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

Overall we had a good stay. Unfortunately, we arrived late at night and found the upstairs tub drain was clogged. We used the downstairs bathroom and notified them the next day of the clog. Sadly, we had the other guests arriving that evening and needed both showers, but they couldn’t fix it that day. They did respond quickly after reaching out. It was just a bit inconvenient for 6 of us to use one shower. Also, the kitchen only has 2 metal forks and some kids forks. Otherwise, everything was as described.
