Two full bathrooms and three proper beds make mornings and nights easier for a group. ** Master bedroom: 1 king bed + TV ** Second bedroom (the larger of the two): 2 queen beds with memory foam mattresses + Smart TV ** Both bedrooms are upstairs ** 2 Full Bathrooms: one downstairs + one upstairs, both with tub/shower combos ** Living Room: Comfortable seating for 6 + large Smart TV ** Dining Area: Table seating for 6 ** Kitchen: Fully equipped for meals, snacks, and longer stays ** Backyard: Outdoor space for kids, pets, or fresh air ** Laundry: Washer + dryer located off the back patio ** Parking: Driveway on the left side, fits 2 vehicles parked back-to-back ** A step up to the front porch ** Pet-friendly ** 5 minutes to the University of South Alabama Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the house. You may access any space inside the house other than the locked supply closet. Park in the front driveway on the left side, which has room for two vehicles back to back. There is a step up to the front porch, and the smart lock deadbolt is on the front door. Your code is released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid. Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Mobile. This was a great spot for our group! The property was very easy to get to and conveniently located for all of the areas we wanted to visit during our trip. It was also very spacious and comfortable, which was perfect for our group. Josh was extremely helpful and responsive, getting back to us very quickly whenever we had questions or needed anything. While the property isn’t the newest, it is still very nice and well maintained. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

Great stay! We had an event for our friends child and chose this unit because it was close to their home. I’m so glad we did! Josh’s place was super-convenient to everything we planned to do that weekend. My kids LOVED their room with the two queen sized beds. The backyard was small and cute, and everything was comfortable. The rental was the perfect location to attend graduation at USA. There were not enough linens left for our group (but response was handled quickly) No bathroom soap or shampoo is available on site. (But home is close to target) The response from the team is really what stood out. My daughter in law left behind her kindle. It was located and a pick up was coordinated.
