Driving, renting, or taking an Uber is the best way to get around town. We're excited to host you. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Street parking has strictly been limited to no more than two vehicles parked in front of the home only and not blocking any other property. This includes at night as well. We have room for four vehicles between the driveway and the garage so these should be utilized first. Additionally, there is a strict compliance for 9 pm quiet hours both inside and outside while on premises. Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home to others. The location was excellent, with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and the highway, making it easy to get wherever we needed to go. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Having access to the garage was a great bonus and made our stay even more convenient. One of our favorite features was the washer and dryer. They worked exceptionally well and easily met all of our laundry needs during our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the living room was comfortable and inviting, and all of the appliances functioned perfectly. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would gladly book this home again on a future trip.

The house was beautiful, but we were told that the 2 bathrooms were “almost identical” prior to booking. That is not the case. For a 4 bedroom home, another half bath or full bathroom would be beneficial. Instructions on how to use the dishwasher would have also been helpful.
