Unfortunately our long stay at Josh's place wasn't what we had hoped for. When we arrived the house had multiple broken items, neglected landscape maintenance and a small driveway making it difficult to get in and out of your vehicle. During our stay the AC was not able to hold temp. When we notified the host they elected to send a handyman rather than a AC tech. After a very difficult time communicating with the host they finally sent a AC tech out after 3 days. The AC issue never got resolved and we gave up knowing how hard it was to work with the "host". A lot of these things would not have been a big deal to us if the host would have been easier to communicate with. This is because "Josh" is not who you are talking to and rather a 3rd party person from another country. We felt that there was no hospitality or care to resolve any issues during our stay. We would not recommend this home. Be careful booking with "Josh" because he manages 92 homes in the area.

The residence was easy to find using the directions provided, and we accessed the premises without any issues. When we had questions upon arrival, Josh responded promptly and was very helpful. The space was perfect for my husband and daughter. The city views were spectacular, and the location offered convenient access to the city center and the freeway.
