KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen has been fully updated with brand-new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and modern flooring. You'll find everything needed to prepare meals: a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and full set of dishes, silverware, and cooking basics. A dining table seats guests comfortably. BATHROOM & COMFORT One full bathroom with bathtub. The property includes air conditioning and heating, hot water, and wifi throughout. ADDED CONVENIENCES Single-level layout for easy living. You will be provided with a unique code that you can use to access the property via the electronic deadbolt. Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery. Clean & neat area. Good parking, well lit. Very responsive & friendly host. Only thing that didn't match was there would be an air mattress to sleep 4 guests. Thankfully, it wasn't needed, however, I feel the host would've gotten us one if needed (it wasn't). Would recommend!!

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Airbnb stays I’ve experienced. The unit was not clean or in an acceptable condition for guests. The sheets had visible stains, there was a strong urine smell, the couch had multiple stains, and there was even cockroaches and flies in the unit/bathroom. I was extremely uncomfortable and disgusted by the condition of the property and did not feel comfortable staying there. I ended up leaving after only one night. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the host still charged me over $250 for that one night, including an $85 cleaning fee. Charging a cleaning fee when the unit was clearly not properly cleaned before my arrival was especially unacceptable. There should be a basic standard of cleanliness and hygiene before a guest checks in. Unfortunately, this property did not meet that standard at all. I would not recommend staying here and hope the host addresses the cleanliness and pest issues before having future guests stay.
