Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

It was very convenient to Downtown Montgomery and out of the hustle and bustle. It's a pretty old home, so it's a little creaky and has a bit of a damp odor when you enter it. The beds were really comfortable and check in and checkout was a breeze!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything was well organized, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and stress-free. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only small downside was the area of Montgomery which was not our favorite, but the Airbnb itself was excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and truly appreciated the hospitality.
