The place is quiet even with a main road right outside. The location is centralized and has quick access to 65 or downtown. It is clean and the well maintained. The communication was fast and the host delt with issues quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Good: Great location near MAFB. Window AC units worked well. Had a full kitchen to cook for the duration of my stay. Bed was comfortable and large. Not great: cleanliness of the house. I ended up just dealing with it bc I didn’t want to move after a long trip but hair left over from previous renters, stained couch, dirty kitchen items, dirty stained shower curtain, bathroom definitely could have been cleaner. Washer/dryer combo was aged, didn’t wash my clothes well at all and found clothes still in the dryer from a past renters. Other renters on the property always allowed their dogs off leash and tended to be aggressive toward my leashed dog or others left poop on the ground around the property. Overall decent for my stay duration mainly for the location but I would wish it was more clean and updated.
