Location was great. Being near the road was a little noisy but didn't really bother me but I'm not a light sleeper. Responsiveness from Josh was also excellent. However, there was a wad of hair on the bedroom floor and in the living room. Also, hair on bathroom sink. Josh sent the cleaning lady the next day;however, she wiped the counters but didn't get up the hair. I know this because the counters were still damp with bleach solution when I returned but hair was still there. Also, had a big cockroach show up. Josh claimed they had the place sprayed so just to give it time. Idk, other than some of the cleanliness issues which I had sent pictures of and wasn't cleaned. It wasn't a bad spot. I noticed my allergies acting up so I also cleaned the a/c filters which had not been cleaned recently. All in all decent place but clealiness could be addressed a bit more.

The apartment appears tired and not actively maintained. It is not freshly painted as described and it was not thoroughly cleaned. Josh was responsive when I requested clothes hangers, bath mat, shampoo but those items are standard in Airbnbs. Cannot recommend.
