Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was very disappointing. The home is in what appears to be a neighborhood undergoing gentrification, with an abandoned house next door. The house needs major updates from the foundation up. It seems the furniture and ceiling fans were replaced, and inexpensive flooring was installed over the old floors, but that's where the renovations stopped. The main bathroom is outdated, and the tub needs more than a deep cleaning. The second bathroom feels like an afterthought, and the shower is too small to move comfortably. The doors didn't feel secure, and the old windows let in so much noise it felt like the neighbors were in the house. We also saw roaches and spiders during our stay. The bedding didn't appear clean, and the bed smelled of urine. Overall, this property did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance.

Great spot to stay for our annual work training in Montgomery. Lots of room for us all and a great kitchen so we didnt have to order food for all our meals. House was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.
