Enter through the large front door into a character-filled foyer. On the main floor, you’ll find a formal living room, dining room, full kitchen, and a large family room—giving your group multiple places to gather or enjoy their own space. Also on the main floor is **1 bedroom with an ensuite**, plus additional bathroom access. Head upstairs to a spacious landing leading to **4 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms**. Your group will also have: * Full kitchen * Washer + dryer * Multiple living and gathering spaces * On-site parking * Large front porch **5 bedrooms. 4 bathrooms. Up to 13 guests. One home base where everyone can stay together and still have room to breathe.** Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the house. This home has an electronic lock on the front door. Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery. Our property is: → 4 min to the Alabama State Capitol → 5 min to Riverwalk Stadium → 7 min to Maxwell Air Force Base → 10 min to the Montgomery Zoo → 12 min to Montgomery Regional Airport → 13 min to The Shoppes at Eastchase OTHER THINGS TO NOTE **Rental Agreement** Guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement before their stay. It covers house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other important reservation details. **Early Check-In & Late Check-Out** Subject to availability and available for **$20 per hour** (1-hour minimum). This house was the perfect location for my group of friends attending a wedding. Everywhere we went across Montgomery was at a maximum 10 minutes away by car, which was very convenient. The house is beautiful - it's definitely an older historic home, so there are areas that you have to be a little gentle with (creaky doors, sloped floors, etc.) but it's exactly as expected as an older home. The amenities were great and the space was exactly what we needed. Would stay again!

Josh’s place was very reasonable as far as pricing. Extremely spacious and in a great area. The listing mentioned it was in an historic neighborhood which I loved, however, the photos didn’t quite depict the actual space in my opinion. The house is very old and while there were some updates done in certain parts of the home 80% of it needed a lot of maintenance. From cracks in the walls to missing faucet fixtures. I can tell the house has a lot of history and at one time was absolutely beautiful and I even get the idea to maintain its historic/ antiquish like features, I just think that it should be preserved by way of restoration first so that the home doesn’t look so outdated. Similar to how museums do. My overall rating though would be a 3.5-4. The host is amazing and I can see the efforts in making the home comfortable.
