AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

  Overall enjoyed my stay. A few critiques include; shelving could be added to the shower, you must bend over to grab your items on the shower floor. Toilet area is very small. No lights by the back door, it is very dark. Narrow driveway, can barely fit a full size truck.
