Before confirming your booking, please be aware that guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. **Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. When available, the fee is **$20 per hour**, with a one-hour minimum. Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension. **Security & Monitoring: For the safety and security of our guests and the property, motion-activated cameras are installed in **exterior areas only**. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances and outdoor areas. **Noise Monitoring: We use a noise monitoring device inside the property.   Josh was a great host. He was very responsive to all questions. We were in town for our sons OTS Graduation at Maxwell AFB and this property was close to the base and restaurants, without being in the center of town. If we ever find our selves back in Montgomery, we will for sure be staying at one of Josh's properties.

  We stayed here for 3 weeks, overall a good stay. Pro’s: - Centrally located, quick access to anywhere around Montgomery - Spacious home, large kitchen - TV’s in all rooms - Great communication with host, all issues were taken care of quickly Con’s: - Not as clean as we would’ve liked- there seemed to be dog hair in the master bed sheets - No working vacuum - Homeless person knocked on door - Oven smells up the house - Cookware is limited and not in great shape

  We stayed for the weekend with our family and two pets. The house itself is spacious with a nice backyard for dogs, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness wasn’t up to expectations, we found bugs, spider webs, and hair on the shower walls. One of the shared bathroom showers clogged and had no hot water. While the host provided toiletries the next day, the shower issues weren’t addressed during our stay.
