Welcome to our Capitol Heights retreat, a beautifully restored 1925 historic home blending timeless charm with modern comfort. This 3-bedroom stay features two king beds with TVs and a flexible third bedroom or office with a sofa futon, ideal for families, groups, or business travelers. Enjoy a fenced yard, curated design, and thoughtful amenities throughout. Perfectly located near downtown Montgomery, dining, and attractions. Book now & enjoy a stay you’ll love coming back to relax and unwind! This home is decorated in a modern eclectic feel with thick velvet curtains and plush couches. We've got plenty of room for a number of guests in these huge bedrooms. We went with stainless appliances and preserved the original countertops in the kitchen. The home is equipped with an office with a convertible futon for those late nights. The backyard is fully fenced allowing for plenty of space for your pets and children to enjoy. This home has an electronic smart lock on the front door. You'll be provided with a code unique to your reservation. Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery. Our property is: → 4 min to the Alabama State Capitol → 5 min to Riverwalk Stadium → 7 min to the Montgomery Zoo → 6 min to Maxwell Air Force Base → 13 min to The Shoppes at Eastchase → 14 min to Montgomery Regional Airport We're excited to host you. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

Josh and his team were incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. Communication was quick and helpful, and they went above and beyond. When we mentioned traveling with a baby and needing a bathtub drain, Josh even had one delivered to the door the same day, which we really appreciated. We had originally booked a 4 night stay but chose to leave after 3 nights due to safety concerns in the surrounding area. Around 5 p.m., we heard multiple gunshots nearby, which made us uncomfortable, especially with a baby. We ultimately decided to relocate to a hotel for peace of mind. While the hosts themselves were excellent and clearly care about their guests, the location was not the right fit for our needs. If they had properties in other parts of Montgomery, we would absolutely consider staying with them again.
