Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery. Our property is: → 3 min to the Alabama State Capitol → 4 min to Riverwalk Stadium → 6 min to the Montgomery Zoo → 6 min to Maxwell Air Force Base → 13 min to The Shoppes at Eastchase → 14 min to Montgomery Regional Airport We're excited to host you. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Please note that it's likely you'll encounter a pool cleaning vendor or lawncare company during your stay as we like to keep the property in good shape. Our pool is open from June - September based on water temperatures. It's possible it could be open earlier or later, but not guaranteed. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property. Upon arrival, we noticed a strong musty/mold-like odor but overlooked it because the home appeared cleaned. We initially saw an occasional roach, but later discovered numerous roaches throughout the house. The couch was also visibly dirty and unusable. I immediately reported the pest issue to Airbnb and contacted the host, who never responded. Overall, the pest, cleanliness, odor, and communication issues made for a very disappointing stay.

It got the job done. The keypad to get in the house was having issues, but the hosts are pretty responsive and got it fixed. The house was lacking in some supplies and the lawn was a little overgrown the first 2 days. Otherwise a nice stay and a very spacious house.
