Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

I actually loved this space. It is an older home so it has the moth ball or older home smell but it didn’t bother me. It was very clean and had everything I needed to cook. The only issue I had was how hard it was to get in and out of the house. The door is old and i literally hurt my hand from trying to turn the knob. I thought I was locked in for a minute. Overall it was a nice stay and if you don’t mind the door it is bug free. Also, the remotes dont work in bedroom but i downloaded roku app and it worked fine.

Josh was very responsive and answered all my questions. He even checked in with me throughout my stay to make sure I was okay. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed having the whole space to my self and it was for a reasonable price! The place was clean and had everything I needed. During my stay, my keypad entry batteries died, and they got someone to fix it with in 15 mins. Very helpful and quick to respond to any issues you may have. I definitely recommend
