Josh’s place was in a great location! There are restaurants close, and downtown is less than 10 minutes away. The area also felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet. The instructions were great, and the house pretty much has what you need. However, if you are looking for a well maintained, fresh home — then this is not it. It is an old house, that is pet friendly. A lot of the home is not shown in the listing photos.

This place was as advertised and the stay was good. Very convenient location. Beds were comfortable. I did rent another house from this host that wasn’t cleaned when I arrived. I understand things happen and was not upset but I had my son and dog with me and couldn’t wait for the unit to be cleaned. We requested a refund and booked a hotel. However, the host told us to cancel the reservation which then didn’t allow me to request a refund and I couldn’t leave a review. When I was refunded, I didn’t get the full amount that I paid. With the number of units they manage, I can’t help but think that it was intentional so that they could keep some of the money and prevent me from leaving a review. Just want people to be aware. This unit was fine but if something goes wrong, it might not be handled appropriately for a professional management company.
