This spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is the perfect place for your stay. Upon arrival, you'll find parking available in the back driveway, providing easy access to the property. Enter through the secure fenced-in yard via the back gate. Once inside, you'll use the provided door code to enter through the laundry room, which leads to the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen features new appliances and countertops, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. Straight ahead from the kitchen, you'll find a dining room that comfortably accommodates six guests. Alternatively, to the right, there's a cozy breakfast nook where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a quick snack. For relaxation and entertainment, our home offers both a formal living room and a family room located upfront, providing ample space for everyone to unwind and socialize. On the ground floor, there is a conveniently located bedroom with a television, ensuring you have a comfortable and private space to retreat to. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

I booked this thru the AB&B app and received confirmation & my CC was charged. There was an additional rental agreement & checkin form to complete before getting the door code. It took an hour get access by the time everything was verified. The home was nice, comfortable and in a good location.

This place was as advertised and the stay was good. Very convenient location. Beds were comfortable. I did rent another house from this host that wasn’t cleaned when I arrived. I understand things happen and was not upset but I had my son and dog with me and couldn’t wait for the unit to be cleaned. We requested a refund and booked a hotel. However, the host told us to cancel the reservation which then didn’t allow me to request a refund and I couldn’t leave a review. When I was refunded, I didn’t get the full amount that I paid. With the number of units they manage, I can’t help but think that it was intentional so that they could keep some of the money and prevent me from leaving a review. Just want people to be aware. This unit was fine but if something goes wrong, it might not be handled appropriately for a professional management company.

This was a perfect location for us because we were visiting our daughter who lives in the neighborhood. Montgomery can be challenging to find a good place, but this neighborhood is about as good as you can get. The house was convenient and spacious. The wallpaper and furniture are a little rough around the edges, so if you an expecting a 4-star hotel environment, it’s not that. But it is a historic home in a historic neighborhood and we had an enjoyable visit. I would recommend.
