Welcome to our beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in the heart of Old Cloverdale! After parking on site, you will enter through the rear door on the right into the fully stocked, cozy kitchen. From there, you'll pass into the dining room, perfect for a family meal. Walk through to the living room to find comfortable seating options. Curl up with a good book, relax with a movie, or work remote in your study area. Upstairs you'll find another bathroom as well as both the master and guest bedroom with their own TV's and upgraded mattresses for your comfort. The property has an electronic lock. We will provide you the code within the 24 hours prior to your arrival. Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery. Our property is: → 5 min to the Alabama State Capitol → 7 min to Riverwalk Stadium → 8 min to Maxwell Air Force Base → 12 min to Montgomery Regional Airport → 14 min to The Shoppes at Eastchase We're excited to host you. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Please treat the property with respect. If there are any issues, we'll do our best to respond ASAP, but there is no one on-site 24/7. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

Josh is a fantastic host. He's incredibly responsive to messages and inquiries. I found the location to be quite handy for my travels and the neighborhood was quiet at night. The parking spaces available at Josh's place made renting a car for my trip easy. The rooms were clean and the bathroom always had hot water for showers. It was a great spot to unwind after long, hot days in the Alabama heat. Thanks, Josh!

Overall our stay was very good, we had an issue with a leak but Josh was very responsive and offered to fix it when we were there or after, at our choice! He answered back quickly even late at night. The house is old but very charming, beds were clean and bathrooms were clean! We did an early and a late check out and although we paid a fee, they accommodated our needs and made arrangements with the cleaning crew so we could leave our dogs there until we were ready to head home!

Josh was a friendly and responsive communicator. Unfortunately, the place was not up to par. The couch was very stained and several areas of the home were in need of a more thorough cleaning. The floors and rugs felt gritty on bare feet. Refrigerator had half an onion hanging out at the back of it. The home is older and need of some care and maintenance with cracks in the walls. I would not recommend this place for anyone with sensitivities to smells or allergies as there was a clear moldy/musty smell to the home. We also had a ceiling leak during our stay, likely from the bathroom above the kitchen. Overall a decent value for what you get but not as clean and cared for as one would expect.

Unfortunately, the condition of this home was truly unacceptable. We found cockroaches, broken glass left on the downstairs bathroom floor, dirty bedding, an upstairs shower that would not drain, water leaking from the upstairs bathroom, and numerous cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout the property. We did not sleep in the bed because of the state of it. We documented everything with photos immediately upon arrival. The hosts did offer to send a cleaning crew after we had already checked in, but by that point we were at a family wedding and were not comfortable having anyone enter the home while all of our belongings were inside. Many of the issues also went far beyond what a cleaning crew could have fixed. While I appreciate that the hosts remained kind and communicative, I would not recommend anyone stay here.
