Pull through the driveway on the right side of the building and park in the gravel area behind the apartments. 3264 is the LEFT apartment as you face the back. Walk up five or six stairs to the back porch, where the electronic deadbolt is on the back door. Your code is released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid. Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery. Enjoyed our stay here. It’s a two bedroom, quaint and quiet place that was perfect for us while we are in town for work. The beds were very comfortable, the living room was cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for the week. The hot water was also great, which is always a plus. The WiFi was also good. Overall, we had a good stay and wouldn’t mind coming to stay in this location again.

Josh was a very responsive host, answering my questions promptly before and during my stay. The duplex was a good size for my family, decorated nicely, the bedrooms were inviting and the beds comfortable. However, it is an old home and we unfortunately found some areas in poor shape. The bathroom could use a renovation, the vanity cabinet was broken, the tub old and bugs liked to hang out in the shower curtain. While the oven and refrigerator were newer and clean, one kitchen drawer was breaking and the other was full of mold. The house has a strong musty scent. After a heavy rain, we heard something scurrying around the kitchen, probably trying to escape the wet crawl space. The boards on the back deck were wobbly as well. In summary, Josh is a good host, but I would not choose this particular option again due to the condition of the home. Wish I had done some deeper digging into the reviews before booking!
