To the left are the three bedrooms and two fully stocked bathrooms with an oversized Master suite. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. We kindly ask that you smoke in designated outdoor areas only. Thank you for your cooperation! Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

Overall, for the area, this home was quite nice. It was dated for sure and the master bathroom shower was full of mildew, wouldn’t drain properly, and the curtain was basically pointless allowing the water to run all over the floor. The rest of the home was good and if it came to it, I would book again. Hopefully they sort the shower in the master.
