Quite a bit of love and care went into the restoration of this property. We really took great pride in the details. The home includes a designer kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, and renovated bathrooms including a clawfoot tub! We want you to enjoy yourself throughout the space including the private area in the back of the home. Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the house. You may access any space inside other than the locked supply cabinets. This home has an electronic lock on the front door. Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery. Our property is: → 3 min to the Alabama State Capitol → 4 min to Riverwalk Stadium → 6 min to the Montgomery Zoo → 6 min to Maxwell Air Force Base → 13 min to The Shoppes at Eastchase → 14 min to Montgomery Regional Airport We're excited to host you. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

Great house for a family or even a couple who needs space. The house has a historical structure but the inside has been refurbished. Nice private outside area in the back and a large front porch. Renters responded quickly and was there if we needed anything during our stay. We have saved this listing for future stays.
