Wake up in one of our three king size beds and open up the large black-out curtains to flood the house with light. Every room has black out curtains and ceiling fans. Cozy up with a nice blanket in the living room and catch up on your Netflix watchlist! Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the house. You may access any space inside the house other than the locked supply closet. This home has an electronic lock on the front door. Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

Overall, the character of the home was really neat and fits to the district. The downfall was the photos on the listing portray a much cleaner and updated home and leave out any visuals of the damage and age of the home due to moisture When we arrived, we were not able to access the home and had to wait for someone to come fix the exterior front door automatic lock. The door lock continued to malfunction the day we left. Multiple dead bugs throughout the home. Not comfortable to walk around without shoes on. Intense humidity in the home and there was a damp odor throughout the home. Simple things like the sink faucet having hair on it, hair in multiple locations in the bathrooms, drips of some sort down the vanity were not cleaned before arrival. Air conditioner did not keep all rooms cool, fans had to be on to maintain comfort. While Josh was responsive, we didn’t bring up more issues as it would have likely been more of a problem to try and get things addressed.

We were very pleased with the accommodations. The home is lovely, and very conveniently located. The king size beds were comfortable as well as attractive. The bedding was an excellent quality as were the towels. The kitchen had everything we needed. If I return to Montgomery again, I will certainly book the same place. The host was extremely responsive and very kind.
