The house waits at the end of it, wrapped around the thing your whole trip will orbit: a private, fenced pool courtyard the home embraces on every side. Almost every room opens toward the water. The first living room — the heart of the house — looks straight through to the pool and dining room, so you can pour the coffee and still watch the cannonballs. Two large living rooms, each with its own TV, mean the game-on crowd and the quiet crowd never have to negotiate — and the game room just off the kitchen keeps the kids and grandkids happily busy for hours. The kitchen is the real headquarters for a group this size: built so several cooks can work at once without bumping elbows, with a table that seats 14 and more seating scattered through the house. Dinner spills straight out to the pool. And when one of you has to log in Monday, the workout room with a Peloton, a covered patio, and a tucked-away desk means you never miss the fun to do it. Everyone gets a real bed and room to breathe — eighteen of you, no one stacked on top of anyone. The main-floor primary suite has its own private patio and en-suite; across the covered portico, a private pool house with its own bath and living space gives someone a little extra room. It all wraps that fenced courtyard on more than two private acres, with whole-home Wi-Fi (extenders and all) reaching every corner, right out to the pool. You're welcome anywhere inside except one locked owner's supply closet. Check-in is contactless: the front door and pool house both have electronic keypad locks, so there are no keys to lose and everyone can come and go freely. We're a message away throughout your stay. We're excited to host you. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests. NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS and EVENTS ALLOWED.

One of the bedrooms has bed bugs (we utilized two of the bedrooms so we don't know about the situation of the other bedrooms). We left the first morning of our stay due to the bed bug situation. The cleanliness of the property is concerning beyond the bed bug issue. There were dead bugs throughout the home, thick layers of dust, cobwebs, and stained towels. This was our experience with the property and we would not recommend it or stay here again.

The home was absolutely beautiful and inviting. We had a family reunion and Montgomery, Alabama and we were able to accommodate a nice large group. The house is located near several stores and restaurants. Wow also being in a quiet and serene area. The pool was a treat for the children and young adults. Great add on.
