Guest will have access to this entire apartment. The code will be sent prior to your stay. You will receive a parking pass to park for free in the lot next to building. If you have more than one vehicle, there is parking on the street for free after 4:30 pm on weekdays and free on weekends. Uber, Lyft, taxis and public transportation are available. Located in the central downtown area of Commerce Street. Filled with rich, southern history. Walking distance to restaurants, museums, capitol building and other attractions. Nearby - Historic Restaurant, Chris' Hotdogs and Hamburgers (5 Minute Walk) - Capitol Building (5 minute walk) - Other Bars and Restaurants (2 minute walk) - Riverwalk Stadium (5 Minute Walk) - Riverwalk (4 Minute Walk) We're excited to host you. Before confirming your booking, please note that guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the reservation process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Please also note that these units are located above a bar. Noise from the bar below may be heard, especially on weekends and into the early hours of the morning. This property may not be the best option for sensitive sleepers. You will receive a parking pass to park for free in the lot next to the building. If you have more than one vehicle, street parking is free after 6 PM on weekdays and free all day on weekends. Additional vehicles may also park in the lot for a fee. We have multiple spaces at this property, each designed to provide a beautiful place to stay. While our style is consistent, the layout and design may vary. We do not provide cable. However, there is a Roku Smart TV so you can log in to your favorite streaming services. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

The location was great! I65 and I 85 are minutes away. The place is exactly like the photos; it was very neat and clean. My fiancé and I felt safe; the parking lot is gated with badge entry, the facility has a key padded entry, as well as the condo door. There are several restaurants that are literally steps away. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in by far. I give Josh’s place 10/10!! I would definitely stay again.

First and foremost, Josh was a very good host, I love that he is so helpful and reached out to me several times throughout our stay just to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything. The area is a little noisy but that is to be expected because the property sits above a bar/lounge which is below but overall the apartment is very quiet and comfy. I would definitely rent from Josh again!

The biggest problem I had here after I paid for the location. They sent me a 30+ page contract that I need to sign before going into the location. I think that’s illegal transaction because if you disclose this information before you collect their money that’s like I sell insurance for car dealerships FNI and if I told the person sign right here and I’ll let you know all the details later that’s exactly what I felt here completely illegal.. also told Airbnb that they need to change this policy. It should be a pop-up before you collect my money so I can read the contract before I agree upon standing into your location.

Josh’s place was in a great location for downtown Montgomery. The Airbnb was clean and spacious for an apartment. This is out of the host control, but the upstairs neighbors are very noisy and play loud music late at night. If you are light sleeper I would consider when booking, my husband had no issues sleeping at all compared to me. It is a plus that parking in a gated lot is included in the stay!

Josh was wonderful about responding even when I became agitated about the door code not working. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We didn't realize that we were directly above a club. We were exhausted when we got there that night and EXTREMELY LOUD MUSIC was playing until 3:am and the 2nd night they had a band. It was absolutely horrible. We couldn't drown out the sound no matter what we tried. The drums had the whole apartment vibrating. We left early in the morning on the 3rd day just to go home and crash for 18hrs straight. I feel like the description of the Club noise should be explained in way more detail than it was. It was an absolute nightmare!! NOT PEACEFUL AT ALL!! The noise ordnance is a complete joke.

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and provided quick and concise instructions and replies. Overall great homebase to return to after exploring downtown Montgomery.
