If you have more than one vehicle, there is parking on the street for free after 6pm on weekdays and free on weekends. Uber, Lyft, taxis and public transportation are available. Located in the central downtown area of Commerce Street. Filled with rich, southern history. Walking distance to restaurants, museums, capitol building and other attractions. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. You will receive a parking pass to park for free in the lot next to building. If you have more than one vehicle, there is parking on the street for free after 6pm on weekdays and free on weekends, or they can pay $5 to get into the parking lot. We have multiple spaces at this property, each designed to give you a beautiful place to stay. While our style is consistent, the layout and design may vary. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests. We do not provide cable. There is a Roku smart tv so you log in to all your favorite streaming services! Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.

  We booked this reservation about 6 hours before arrival so they had time to ensure the unit was freshly cleaned and ready for us. It wasn't. We were emailed a code and an electronic agreement which should have had the code to enter but it didn't. The code was for the outside door. Arriving at 16:00 the door didn't unlock with JOSH assisting until after 16:35. This was stressful as the car was illegally parked as JOSH advised outside with hazards on since the parking pass is inside the apartment. Once inside, the apartment is spacious although a little dark. No wands to open the blinds with. Opening the sliding doors, the track hasn't been swept or cleaned in who knows how long we find a dead cockroach, a rug of some type crumbled against the railing. Table and chairs hadn't been wiped. No pictures on walls but marks from previous. Kitchen sink rust spots, loose faucet, hole in closet, paint dirty and filled in. Overall in need of work. Disappointed ☹️ reviews sounded great.
