This beautifully designed 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, you'll enter through a stylish lobby and use a smartlock code to access your apartment—seamless check-in with no keys needed. The space is thoughtfully laid out with separate zones for living, sleeping, and dining, giving you privacy and breathing room throughout your stay. BEDROOM & BATHROOM Your bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with its own window and views of the city. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with ample space to refresh after a day of exploring downtown. Modern finishes and attention to detail create a spa-like atmosphere where you can truly unwind. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare meals in your full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and granite countertops. You'll have all the cooking basics—pots, pans, utensils, dishes, silverware, and even wine glasses. Whether you're reheating takeout or preparing a full meal, the kitchen is ready for you. Coffee maker included, so start each morning right. LIVING AREA The spacious living room features panoramic views of the city—the kind of vista that shifts from sunrise to evening city lights. A smart TV with Roku means you can log into all your favorite streaming services (we don't provide cable, but streaming is better anyway). AMENITIES & CONNECTIVITY Stay connected with reliable Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Climate control with air conditioning and heating keeps you comfortable year-round. In-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light on longer stays. There's even a dedicated workspace if you need to handle business matters. PARKING & ACCESS Park for free in the lot next to the building—your parking pass is included with your stay. If you have multiple vehicles, street parking is free after 4:30 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. Additional vehicles can pay $10 for lot access. You have full access to the entire apartment with your smartlock code sent before arrival. Guests have access to this entire apartment. Park temporarily and enter through the glass lobby door at the REAR of the building using the building code, then take the elevator to the second floor and use your unit code on the apartment door. Both codes are released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid. A parking pass for the gated rear lot is on the wall just inside the apartment. You will receive a parking pass to park for free in the gated lot behind the building. If you have more than one vehicle, there is parking on the street — free 4:30 PM to 8 AM Monday to Friday, and free all weekend — or paid parking nearby. Uber, Lyft, taxis and public transportation are available. Located in the central downtown area of Commerce Street. Filled with rich, southern history. Clean and central location, but very noisy – good for short, functional stays This apartment is a straightforward, no-frills place to crash if you just need a base for a brief trip. It served its purpose well for our 2-night stay, but there are a few important things to keep in mind regarding noise and amenities: Location & Noise: The location is central, but it sits directly above a lounge that stays open until 2 AM. You will hear every conversation from the patrons out on the patio below, as well as loud, speeding cars on the main street throughout the night and day. Accommodations: The space itself is basic- no extra frills. The bathroom is functional, though it could definitely use a refresh. Overall, if you just need a quick, no-nonsense spot to sleep for a couple of nights and aren't sensitive to noise, it gets the job done!
