Overall, the space was as described but left some amenities to be desired. The unit could use a refresh of paint and attention to stale odor. The location was perfect!

Josh was very responsive and the place was totally fine, except for unfortunately seeing a large cockroach in the apartment soon after arrival

The place itself was really nice and looked as pictured, but I did have some trouble gaining entry. The building also had a fairly strong marijuana smell throughout the common areas. I understand it is not the host’s fault, but it did impact my overall experience.

Overall nice place. Bring a fan; was extremely noisy by a busy road and restaurants/club on bottom story. The hallway and elevator had a very pungent odor of mold mixed with weed. The room smelled fine though, had coffee, laundry detergent, and soap and such in bathroom. Clean and uncluttered. Limited flatware and silverware, so if you are hosting, will need to get some plastic ware. Walkable to downtown and convenient parking and clear instructions. The WiFi code was different online than in the room and I could access neither, but didn’t need to stream so thankfully not an issue for us. The host was very attentive and communicative. The location is great if you need to be downtown.
