If you have more than one vehicle, there is parking on the street for free after 6pm on weekdays and free on weekends. Uber, Lyft, taxis and public transportation are available. Located in the central downtown area of Commerce Street. Filled with rich, southern history. Walking distance to restaurants, museums, capitol building and other attractions. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. If you have more than one vehicle, there is parking on the street for free after 4:30 pm on weekdays and free on weekends, or they can pay $10 to get into the parking lot. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. There was stains on the rugs, walls, and mattress cover. The whole building and apartment reek of marijuana and body Oder, holes in the bathroom walls, dehumidifier was full of mold, there was a what appeared to be a used bandaid in the bedroom, and a used toothpick on the bathroom. We cut our stay short do to the smells. Had to pay almost $200 in parking because the room parking pass did not work the time we stayed. We ended up leaving 2 days early. Hopefully Josh will make the extra two nights we didn’t stay and the parking issue up to us.

Great apartment, clean and comfortable. The apartment is close to all the downtown attractions. we were able to walk to the legacy museum as well several great restaurants. if you like Nashville hot chicken there's a spot for that directly below the apartment. only drawback was a dumpster right below the balcony that looked like it hadn't been emptied in a few weeks, smell from the dumpster made it impossible to use the balcony when the wind was blowing from a certain direction obviously this has nothing to do with the owner and the businesses below are responsible for that

Room was great. Location was great. We were here for Sunbelt Conference baseball tournament. Easy walk to stadium. The hallways in the building could use some updating and cleaning but the room could not have been better.
