Welcome to our cozy Cloverdale retreat! This charming 2-bedroom home is perfectly located for exploring one of Alabama’s historic neighborhoods. Just minutes from Alabama State and Huntingdon campuses, and under five minutes from Jackson Hospital, Baptist Hospital, and downtown Montgomery, you’ll enjoy excellent convenience. Close to local restaurants, shops and major interstates, it’s ideal for business travel, leisure stays, or family visits. Book today and enjoy comfort and Cloverdale charm! After parking on site, you will enter through the lower right door, Apt B, into the fully stocked, cozy kitchen. From there, you'll pass into the dining room, perfect for a family meal. Walk through to the living room to find comfortable seating options. Curl up with a good book, relax with a movie, or work remote in your study area. Enjoy the sunroom as you step out onto the front patio. Off the hallway are the two bedrooms, both with comfortable bedding. The bathroom is situated in between. The property has an electronic lock. We will provide you the code within the 24 hours prior to your arrival. Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery. Our property is: → 5 min to the Alabama State Capitol → 7 min to Riverwalk Stadium → 8 min to Maxwell Air Force Base → 12 min to Montgomery Regional Airport → 14 min to The Shoppes at Eastchase We’re excited to host you! Before confirming your booking, please note that all guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Please treat the property with respect. If there are any issues, we'll do our best to respond ASAP, but there is no one on-site 24/7. Mail & Package Delivery: Please note, the deliveries are made just inside the front patio sunroom area for security. There is also a lock on the inside door leading to the patio sunroom. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.
