Park in the gravel lot behind the property; there is room for two vehicles, one behind the other. Apartment B is on the ground floor, bottom right, up three stairs to the back porch area. The door has a coded smart lock deadbolt, and your code is released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid. Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery. Our property is: → 5 min to the Alabama State Capitol → 7 min to Riverwalk Stadium → 8 min to Maxwell Air Force Base → 12 min to Montgomery Regional Airport → 14 min to The Shoppes at Eastchase Other Things to Note A few important details to know before booking: 📝 Rental Agreement Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage It takes about two minutes — there is no app to download and no account or password to create We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete 🏡 Property Setup This is one of four apartments in the building, and other guests may be staying during your reservation Your apartment is private and exclusively yours Apartment B is on the ground floor, bottom right 🚗 Parking & Getting In — come in from the back The front door does not have a keypad, so your coded entry is at the BACK of the building Park in the gravel lot behind the property; there is room for two vehicles, one behind the other Three stairs up to the back porch area, where your door is The door has a coded smart lock deadbolt You may need to pull the door to while locking or unlocking so the deadbolt can turn 📦 Mail & Packages Deliveries are made just inside the front patio sunroom area for security There is also a lock on the inside door leading to the patio sunroom 🗑️ Trash The green cans sit by the roadside next to the parking lot They stay where they are — just drop your bags in, nothing to roll out or bring back ⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Every request has to be manually approved Check with us and we'll check with our cleaning company Fee: $20 per hour, with a one-hour minimum Please request as early as possible ⚠️ Please Note There is no one on-site 24/7, but we'll respond as quickly as we can 📹 Security & Noise Monitoring Motion-activated exterior cameras monitor the entrances and outdoor areas of the property No cameras monitor any indoor area Exterior cameras may record audio and video An indoor noise-monitoring device measures noise levels only The noise monitor does not record audio or video and is not placed in any bedroom or bathroom 🔑 Minimum Booking Age The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old for an apartment The primary guest must be present throughout the reservation The primary guest is responsible for their group, visitors, and compliance with house rules Reservations that misrepresent the primary guest's age may be canceled in accordance with the applicable booking terms

Our stay was great. We had a little trouble getting into the place as you have to go onto another website to sign an agreement and then they will give you the door code on that site. This wasn't really communicated beforehand, but once we got the code, the rest of the stay was nice. There is only shampoo and conditioner in the shower, so I would recommend bringing your own body wash. The beds were comfortable.

DO NOT STAY HERE FOR SOS loud upstairs neighbors Dirty floors and bathroom Infested with spiders + cockroaches Wifi kept failing Eventually my whole family became sick due to black mold poisoning and we had to contact Airbnb to cancel our stay and escape. Josh couldn’t care less and only interfaced with us through AI. What a nightmare.
