Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

Decent place to with stay. Location was good, wasn't in a bad area and right by the highway. Place was clean, beds pretty comfortable. Only negative I can really say is the blinds don't block out much light, so the bedrooms are pretty bright when the sun is up. I often work night shift, so you may or may not have a problem with this, but it bothered me. Otherwise pretty good place to stay.

This might not be in the nicest of locations, but it is Montgomery. Easy in and easy out. Team was extremely responsive. The TV wasn’t working correctly and they had someone come out and replace it the next day. Any time I needed anything they were there for me. The apartment was nice and the beds were comfy. That is about as much as you can ask for. Because of their response rate and time I will be staying there again in the future.
