Before confirming your reservation, please note that all guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement includes important information about your stay, such as house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential details. ***Property Notes Please note that some areas of the apartment have lower ceiling heights. Taller guests may find certain spaces less accommodating and should use caution when moving throughout the home. This apartment is located within a multi-unit property. Other guests may be staying in the neighboring apartments during your reservation. Your apartment is completely private, but you may occasionally hear normal noise from neighboring units. Shared Laundry A washer and dryer are available on the enclosed sun porch. The laundry area is shared with Apartment C. To access the sun porch, walk under the stairs and enter through the door on the left. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20 per hour (minimum one hour). Please contact us as early as possible if you'd like to request additional time. Security & Monitoring For the safety of our guests and the property, motion-activated security cameras are installed outside only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor exterior entrances and common outdoor areas. We also use an indoor noise monitoring device. This device does not record conversations or audio. It only monitors noise levels to help ensure a respectful environment for all guests and neighbors. Age Requirement The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old for apartment reservations (25 years old for single-family homes). The primary guest must remain on the property for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with the house rules. Reservations that do not meet the minimum age requirement or misrepresent the booking guest's age may be canceled before or during the stay without a refund in accordance with our policy.

Josh was excellent. Communication with him was smooth, and he responded very quickly. However, the property itself needs significant maintenance. The shower curtain was disgusting, especially the lower portion, which was very dirty. The walls and ceiling also showed multiple paint bubbles and peeling areas, suggesting possible water leaks. The furniture appeared mismatched and worn, as though it had been collected from thrift stores. For example, none of the chairs matched the breakfast table. Additionally, noise from upstairs guests was very noticeable whenever they walked around.
