We absolutely loved the place and fenced in yard with bbq pit with all the essentials as well and the chairs are very comfy, especially when you have a movie time outside and we use the side of the shed to play the movie on. On the funny side of it, there was this little squirrel that would come outside and visit me in the mornings when I had my coffee and he had come down there very quietly to where my feet were and wait for me to give him popcorn after you give it to him he’d go back up on top of the fence again, but wasn’t scared.

Pictures are outdated, so do they not match the current look when it comes to the living room and rugs throughout the home. Location was good, and drivable to anywhere we needed to go. Josh was very cooperative with our situation.

Roaches and mosquitoes REALLY REALLY BAD! The host kept giving run around on when they were coming to spray and never gave us anything definitive, had to cancel stay early because the pests were getting worse daily that you stop caring about the location. BRING SHOWER SHOES!!! Dresser falling apart, toilet moves if you lean to far in any direction, every single dish/pot in that kitchen had to be recleaned because it was either sticky or dusty and greeted with a bowl of granola bars that expired in 2023. Their chat is ran by AI and all their outdoor furniture is unusable because it’s dirty and needs to be cleaned.

The unit was nice and as described the only issue I had was the amount of bugs that would get into the unit, however, I understand that is out of the hosts control. Would stay again and would recommend.
