Welcome to our East Hill Oasis — the whole property, four separate apartments, sleeping up to 16. Perfect for families, reunions and groups who want to be together without being on top of each other. ● THE FOUR APARTMENTS ● Apartment A — entered from the front porch, with washer/dryer access ● Apartment B — one-bedroom, downstairs in the main house ● Apartment C — two-bedroom, upstairs on the second floor ● Apartment D — a private, self-contained studio at the back, with washer/dryer access ● Sleeps up to 16: five king beds, plus an air mattress, two pull-out couches and a futon ● Brand new memory foam mattresses ● Private Kitchens: each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen ● Living Areas: separate gathering spaces mean your group doesn't have to crowd into one room ● Smart TVs with Roku in bedrooms and living areas ● Fenced shared backyard — pet-friendly, with room for dogs to get outside ● Outdoor Hangout: BBQ grill, seating, fire pits and outdoor lighting ● Parking on East Cervantes and along the N 16th side ● Prime Location: 4 minutes to Pensacola Bay Center, 5 to downtown Pensacola, 11 to the beach Whether you're planning a family reunion, a getaway with friends, or a peaceful retreat, our East Hill Oasis has everything you need for a memorable stay. Your group has all four apartments. Park in the driveway to the left of the front of the house on East Cervantes, and along the fence on the N 16th side — please pull completely off the road. Apartment A is entered from the front porch; B, C and D are inside the privacy gate. Each apartment has its own electronic lock, and you'll receive all four codes in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid. Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Pensacola. Our property is: → 4 min to the Pensacola Bay Center → 5 min to downtown Pensacola → 6 min to the Blue Wahoos Stadium → 7 min to Gulf Breeze → 11 min to Pensacola Beach → 27 min to NAS Pensacola Other Things to Note A few important details to know before booking: 📝 Rental Agreement Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage It takes about two minutes — there is no app to download and no account or password to create We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete 🏡 What You're Booking This listing is the ENTIRE property — all four apartments, sleeping up to 16 Apartment A: up the stairs on the front porch Apartment B: one-bedroom downstairs in the main house Apartment C: two-bedroom upstairs on the second floor Apartment D: the studio apartment at the back B, C and D are all inside the privacy gate 🔑 Getting In — four codes Each apartment has its own electronic keypad lock You'll receive all four codes in your digital guidebook 🪜 Stairs Apartment A is up the front porch stairs Apartment C is upstairs on the second floor B and D are on the ground floor 🚗 Parking Driveway to the left of the front of the house on East Cervantes Also along the fence on the North 16th Street side Please pull completely off the road 🌳 Shared Backyard The fenced backyard is shared across all four apartments — with the whole property booked, it's yours BBQ grill, seating, fire pits and outdoor lighting Pet-friendly — please pick up after your pets 🧺 Laundry Apartments A and D have washer and dryer access 🗑️ Trash The trash cans are on North 16th Street, underneath the tree near the parking area Bag your trash and drop it in — nothing needs to be brought back ⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out With a property this size, early check-in and late checkout are NOT offered on same-day turnovers On other dates every request is manually approved Fee: $20 per hour, with a one-hour minimum Please request as early as possible 📹 Security & Noise Monitoring Motion-activated exterior cameras monitor the entrances and outdoor areas of the property No cameras monitor any indoor area Exterior cameras may record audio and video An indoor noise-monitoring device measures noise levels only The noise monitor does not record audio or video and is not placed in any bedroom or bathroom 🔑 Minimum Booking Age The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old for the whole property The primary guest must be present throughout the reservation The primary guest is responsible for their group, visitors, and compliance with house rules Reservations that misrepresent the primary guest's age may be canceled in accordance with the applicable booking terms
